Candidates apply in three clear steps — personal details, employment details, documents — and the CV is attached where it belongs, to the application. No accounts, no friction.

Behind the scenes runs a mini recruitment CRM: the team sees every candidate per position, moves them through rounds (invited to the second round, shortlisted, declined), and keeps the whole history with documents in one place. Hiring becomes a pipeline, not a pile.

Every application is captured, comparable and answerable — the HR team runs recruitment rounds in minutes, and the employer brand gets a portal that matches the Lauden identity.
